My Job Nest is a job listing and career information platform. We aggregate, edit, and publish job vacancy information from employers and publicly available sources, alongside career guides and related content. We are not a recruitment agency and we are not the employer for any listed position unless explicitly stated.
2. No Fees for Job Seekers
Job seekers never pay to view or apply for jobs through My Job Nest. We never request payment, banking details, or identity documents from candidates. Any party requesting payment in connection with a vacancy listed on this Site is acting fraudulently and should be reported to us.
3. Accuracy of Listings
We make reasonable efforts to publish accurate, current vacancy information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing. Vacancies may close, change, or be withdrawn by employers at any time without notice. Always verify details directly with the employer before relying on them.
4. Employer Listings
Employers may submit vacancies for free publication. All submissions are subject to editorial review and approval. We may edit, decline, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, including listings that are misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, or that require payment from candidates.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site’s original content, design, and branding are owned by My Job Nest. You may share links to our pages freely. You may not scrape, reproduce, or republish our content at scale without written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, distributing malware, scraping content, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
7. Third-Party Links and Advertising
The Site contains links to third-party websites (including employer application pages) and displays third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, My Job Nest shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any listing, including loss arising from unsuccessful applications, expired vacancies, or fraudulent third-party conduct.
